Workouts to get fit at home without equipments. Fat loss results guranteed in one month.
You might think that the title of this post is total bullshit. It is impossible to get fit in one month and that too without going to the gym or with no equipments.
Trust me guys!
I know my stuff and I guarantee you that if you follow the following tips you will find yourself way fitter and agile than before.
However I cannot promise you that you will have a lot of muscle but yes you will be fit, have great endurance and be in shape. The workouts will be hard but you will be impressed with the results you get.
Are you tired of aimlessly doing those bicep curls in the gym and frustrated to see no results. I understand your feelings because I have been through the same until I properly understood the biceps anatomy and targeted my weak bicep muscle groups from all angles to blast those guns. Lets first understand the anatomy.
I know that majority of the folk out there probably join the gym for fat loss. Ironically those who are only on the treadmill or the elliptical machine hardly get leaner than those who train with weights.
First let me make it clear that I dont take steroids and neither endorse it. I believe in making gains as naturally as possible as Steve Reeves said “I don’t believe in bodybuilders using steroids. If a man doesn’t have enough male hormones in his system to create, a nice hard, muscular body, he should take up ping pong.”
If you idolize Bradley Martyn , Ronney Coleman or any other pro as your fitness icon, always remember they all started small. No one made it huge in a day (even though they were on roids). Now if you have the misconception that the heavier I lift the bigger I will get then you are wrong my friend. Take a look at the video below and contemplate.
This asshole thought that he could leg press like Ronney Coleman with all the “lightweight” and the “yeah buddy” crap and not end up in the hospital. In the end karma played its part.
Always remember it is your form, diet and the weights your body can handle which allow you to make gains. Always listen to what your body says. Morderate weight is the ideal weight for making gains.
If still you insist on going heavy always have a spotter handy to help you. Train sane and not insane to avoid such injuries and stay safe.
Whenever we start doing something in life we always need some motivation otherwise its just a task in futility. When I embarked on my bodybuilding journey I looked up to Arnold as my idol. I still look up to him as a source of inspiration even though he is in his sixties his biceps are bigger than mine. Yeah muscle does has memory.
I fell in love with his persona and his body when I saw him first in Pumping Iron. Not only did he have a perfect aesthetic and chiseled body but he also had a sense of humor and cockiness in him which set him apart from the rest. Speaking about his physique I think he is the best bodybuilder in history.
He had the biggest biceps peaks, wide shoulders, perfect abs and the greatest back which gave the v-taper every girl looks for in a man. Besides this he had an advantage of being taller than other bodybuilders.
I respect the bodybuilders today like Phil Heath and Kai Greene but this generation of iron have forgotten about the aesthetics by trading for size. Now come on, who likes to see a bubble gut on a stage despite those monstrous and freaky arms and quads.
I shall conclude by some motivation by Arnold himself. Try to read this in his voice.
“With my desire and drive, I definitely wasn’t normal. Normal people can be happy with a regular life. I was different. I felt there was more to life than plodding through a normal existence… I have always been impressed by stories of greatness and power. I wanted to do something special, to be recognized as the best. I saw bodybuilding as the vehicle that would take me to the top, and I put all my energy into it.” And so with beliefs and dreams like that, he reached the top and everything he has ever done. And it all started in his head… with visions, with dreams, would goals.”
